The short version: the app is free, Cloud is $15 a month, and you can cancel any time.

Who we are

TankScope is made by The Bitcoin Corporation Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16735102), registered office Flat 6, 315 Barking Road, London E13 8EE. Contact us at richardwboase@gmail.com.

The free app

The app, in the browser and on Android, is free to use. Your records are kept on your phone, and you are responsible for keeping a backup of them. We provide it as it is and may change or improve it at any time.

The Cloud plan

Cloud costs $15 a month. It is billed by card through Stripe when you sign up, and then automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. It keeps encrypted backups of your records, which only your passphrase can open.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time with Manage plan in the app, or by emailing richardwboase@gmail.com. The plan then runs to the end of the month you have already paid for and is not renewed. We do not refund part of a month. If you were charged by mistake, tell us and we will refund it.

Card payments from your customers

Card autopay connects your own Stripe account. Payments from your customers go to that account under your own agreement with Stripe; you are the seller, and you pay Stripe's fees. We take no share of them and do not hold your customers' money.

Liability

We work to keep TankScope reliable, but we are not liable for lost records, lost income or indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
